Google Analytics is a suite of free tools that can be used to analysis and capture data about your website.

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics
  2. Click the Gear symbol at the bottom left corner.
  3. Click “Property User Management” under the Property Column (middle column). It will say “Property” right above the blue “+ Create Property” Button.
  4. Click the blue add button (+) at the top right corner, and click “Add users”.
  5. Add the email of the individual you want to add where it says “enter email addresses”.
    • Click Edit, Collaborate, and Read & Analyze under impressions.
    • Please check “Notify new users by email” directly under where you entered the email address.
  6. Click the blue “Add” button at the top right.
  7. If you ever want to remove access from someone, you can simply delete them in this view.
